Medico-Legal Assessments​

Sakonda Inc provides medico-legal assessment and reports services relating to persons involved in road accidents, injury on duty claims, personal injury claims, medical negligence claims, and public liability civil claims.

Medico-legal assessments are required when medical or psychological knowledge is sought to answer legal questions. As Industrial Psychologists we only undertake medico-legal assessments only on instructions from an attorney or a judicial officer. We measure the psychological impact an accident or trauma has had on a person’s psychological state and the associated effect of this on the person’s career, daily functioning, and ability to effectively undertake specific work roles.
