Medico-Legal Assessment

Sakonda Inc provides medico-legal assessment and reports services relating to persons involved in road accidents, injury on duty claims, personal injury claims, medical negligence claims, and public liability civil claims. Medico-legal assessments are required when medical or psychological knowledge is sought to answer legal questions. As Industrial Psychologists we only undertake medico-legal assessments only on instructions from an attorney or a judicial officer. We measure the psychological impact an accident or trauma has had on a person’s psychological state and the associated effect of this on the person’s career, daily functioning, and ability to effectively undertake specific work roles. Sakonda Inc provides conduct medico legal assessments in East London, Mthatha, Port Elizabeth and Durban.
